Limit 12 players per assessment session – sign up early to receive your choice of dates

Cost of the evaluation is $35 for non-member and $25 for members. (*note: Includes both Athletic & Baseball Assessment. You need to sign up for both Assesments)

Athletic Assessment dates and times:
Saturday , July 31st at 1pm at Paye’s Place in San Carlos
Saturday, August 7th at 1pm at Paye’s Place in San Carlos
Saturday, August 14th at 1pm at Paye’s Place in San Carlos
Saturday, August 21st at 1pm at Paye’s Place in San Carlos
Saturday, August 28th at 1pm at Paye’s Place in San Carlos

Baseball Assessment dates and times:
Wednesday , August 4th at 6:30 to 8pm
Wednesday, August 11th at 6:30 to 8pm
Wednesday, August 18th at 6:30 to 8pm
Wednesday, August 25th at 6:30 to 8pm
Wednesday, September 1st at 6:30 to 8pm

*Download Payes Place Waiver - Release Form - Fill it out and bring in to Office before assessment starts.
