PAYE'S PLACE AAU BASKETBALL Spring/Summer 2010 Player Assessment Late Registration (Tryout) Form

All new and returning AAU Basketball players are required to attend one session of our new Player Assessments (tryout). Each evaluation will be one and half hours.
Cost: $35.00 non-members or $25.00 for Paye’s Club Basketball Members

Limit 12 players per assessment session – sign up early to receive your choice of dates

Late Registration Assessment Dates: (choose one date)
Saturday, March 20th - 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Saturday, March 20th - 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Sunday, March 21st - 2:00pm to 3:30pm
Saturday, March 28th - 2:30pm to 4:00pm
Saturday, March 28th - 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Sunday, March 29th - 4:30pm to 6:00pm

*Download Payes Place Waiver - Release Form - Fill it out and bring in to Office before assessment starts.
