Family Day BBQ and Shootout Basketball Tournament Fundraiser May 8th 2010

On May 8th Paye’s Club Basketball will hold a Shootout Tournament for Boys and Girls along with the Annual Family Day BBQ and Fund Raising Event. Brackets are now posted on the website for this event. This is a fun filled day at Paye’s Place with activities for everyone. Activities will include:

Tournament for all Paye’s Club Basketball Girls and Boys Teams

• Team pictures will be taken by Shooting Stars Photography
• Raffle Ticket Sales
• Silent Auction
• Games and prizes for the “non-players”
• Special guest appearances

There will be a raffle and silent auction to help raise fund for our financial aid and scholarship program. If you know of anyone willing to donate auction items, prizes or services for our fund raiser, please email or call Tisha at 650-595-7797 or email her at Tisha@payesplace.com. Volunteers are needed to help with the event. If you can volunteer please email Tisha of your availability.

Team pictures will be scheduled throughout the day. We have arranged the picture taking as a courtesy for our players. The pictures are being taken by Shooting Stars Photography. Packets will be handed out to the teams next week for anyone wishing to purchase pictures. Pictures are purchased directly from Shooting Stars Photography. We do not sell or give out any of the pictures or receive any proceeds from the picture taking.
