Announcing Open Gym Athletic Training at Paye’s Place in San Carlos.

Make the commitment to yourself and train daily at Paye’s Place with our new Open Gym Supervised Athletic Training under the direction of Adam Tafralis & Team Taf.

One step or one split second makes a difference between winning and losing in any sport. The ability to break away from your opponent, increase your jump to block a shot, or head a ball, or stop and cut back, or change directions at a moments notice is priceless. Hard work, effort and continuous practice will make these movements and skills transferable to an athlete’s performance. It takes consistent training to build spontaneous muscle memory.

Athlete Ages: 15 and up
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 12:00pm AND 3:00pm to 8:30pm
Saturdays: 8:30am to 1:00 pm
Cost: $150 per month.
